Constructed of high quality 52100 steel, ball bearing inserts are used inside pillow block and flange housings or in custom housed applications. They are most commonly produced with a spherical OD to allow for misalignment, but are also available with a cylindrical OD. Standard configurations are lubricated with a multipurpose lithium based grease and allow for re-lubrication. Special configurations are also available such as free spinning design and a black oxide finish. In addition to our standard items and configurations listed below, TRITAN® excels at manufacturing customized bearings to meet specific application requirements.
