SAF-T-LOK 80127 SAF-T-EZE Regular Grade Anti-Seize is a copper- and graphite-fortified extreme-pressure lubricant designed to help prevent galling, corrosion, seizing and cold welding. Supplied in a convenient 4 oz brush-top can, this non-hardening industrial anti-seize provides protection across a -65°F to 2000°F temperature range.

The SAF-T-LOK 80127 SAF-T-EZE Regular Grade Anti-Seize is a high-temperature anti-seize and extreme-pressure lubricant supplied in a convenient 4 oz brush-top can. Its non-separating formulation uses lithium-soap-thickened grease combined with finely flaked copper, graphite lubricants and corrosion-inhibiting additives.

Designed to help prevent galling, seizing and cold welding between metal components, SAF-T-EZE Regular Grade also helps protect against water washout and galvanic pitting caused by road salt, acid rain and saltwater exposure. The non-hardening formulation provides thermal stability and protection at temperatures ranging from -65°F to 2000°F.

SAF-T-EZE Regular Grade can be used on threaded fasteners, bushings, gears, valve stems, chains, sprockets, hinges, pivots, rollers, heat exchanger bolts and manifold bolts. It can also serve as a lubricant, sealer, break-in lubricant, tapping compound or gasket-release agent. The manufacturer lists a K value of 0.16 and states that the reduction in assembly friction can increase torque tension by approximately 20%.

The formulation contains no lead, molybdenum disulfide or halogen compounds and meets MIL-PRF-907E requirements. It is not recommended for use in pure oxygen systems.
