SAF-T-LOK 73022 RTV 732 clear silicone sealant is a flexible, acetoxy-cure industrial gasket and sealing compound supplied in a 3 oz tube. Designed for flanges, gearbox covers, threaded assemblies, conduit and general sealing applications, RTV 732 provides excellent weather resistance and operates from -62°F to 350°F, with intermittent exposure up to 400°F.

The SAF-T-LOK 73022 RTV 732 Silicone Sealant is a clear, single-component acetoxy-cure RTV silicone designed for sealing, gasketing, bonding and electrical insulation applications. Supplied in a convenient 3 oz tube, RTV 732 remains flexible after curing and can be used on flanges, cover plates, gearbox closures, conduit, threaded assemblies and a wide range of industrial equipment.

RTV 732 can replace many conventional cork, paper, felt and metal gaskets or be used in conjunction with existing gaskets. The cured silicone provides excellent resistance to weathering, UV exposure, ozone, rain and snow while maintaining flexibility over a broad temperature range.

The clear formulation has a continuous operating temperature range of approximately -62°F to 350°F, with intermittent exposure up to 400°F. It offers ±25% movement capability, 500% elongation and a cured Shore A hardness of approximately 26. The silicone is 100% solids, VOC compliant and contains no extenders, helping minimize shrinkage caused by weathering.

SAF-T-LOK RTV 732 meets or is listed to several industrial specifications, including ASTM C920 Type S, NS, Class 25; TT-S-00230C; TT-S-01543A; MIL-A-46106A; FDA CFR 177.2600; NSF 51; and UL Recognized Component requirements.
