CSA series insert bearings are double-sealed, deep-groove ball bearings made of through-hardened chromium steel and are appropriate for applications with moderate radial loads and light thrust or combination loads. The bearing has a cylindrical outer surface designed for mounting in straight-bored housings. ~~ Steel-reinforced molded rubber lip seals on both sides of the bearing retain the high-quality multi-purpose lubricant and prevent contaminants from entering the raceway. The bearing locks onto the shaft utilizing its included eccentric locking collar. Eccentric Collar locking units are suitable for low to moderate speed applications where the shaft rotates in one direction. ~~ These inserts are suitable for use in industrial and commercial applications including industrial machinery, conveyors, fans/blowers, agricultural equipment, construction machinery, exercise equipment, and food processing equipment, among many others.
