Lightweight, flexible high-pressure hydraulic hose engineered for demanding fluid-power applications. Gates XtraTuff Plus cover provides 25X the abrasion resistance of a standard cover plus enhanced ozone resistance, while MXT construction reduces force-to-bend for easier installation.

Gates 16MXT-XTP is a flexible high-pressure hydraulic hose with a 1 in inside diameter, 1.38 in outside diameter and 2400 psi maximum working pressure. Its XtraTuff Plus cover provides enhanced abrasion and ozone resistance, while MXT construction reduces force-to-bend for easier routing and installation. The hose features a nitrile tube and black nitrile/PVC synthetic rubber cover, operates from -40°F to 212°F and has a 6 in minimum bend radius. It meets SAE 100R16, ISO 11237 R16, EN 853 2SN and EN 857 2SC performance requirements and is compatible with Gates MegaCrimp couplings.
