Dodge® 006296 is the reborable rough stock bore hub for 1080T Grid-Lign® T10 and T20 grid couplings. This hub is supplied without a finished shaft bore and is intended to be machined to the required shaft size.

Dodge specifies a maximum finished bore of 3.000 in when using a square key or 3.250 in when using a rectangular key. These dimensions are maximum machining limits and are not the bore size of the hub as supplied.

The 006296 hub has a 4.13 in hub diameter and a 3.50 in hub length and is manufactured from steel. For the 1080T straight-bore configuration, Dodge rates the coupling at 18,150 in-lb of torque and 28.80 hp per 100 rpm. Maximum coupling speed is 3,600 rpm with a T10 cover or 4,750 rpm with a T20 cover.

This part is one hub only. A complete Grid-Lign coupling requires two hubs plus the appropriate grid and cover assembly.
