The Adaseal Chembon Clear RTV Silicone Sealant (Part # CC-80301) is a professional-grade, 100% RTV silicone adhesive/sealant designed for superior flexibility and adhesion across a wide range of materials. Packaged in a convenient 8-oz pressurized can, it dispenses smoothly and evenly — perfect for both vertical and overhead applications.

This non-slump, one-component paste cures at room temperature to a tough, rubbery solid when exposed to moisture in the air. It resists shrinking, cracking, and weathering since it contains no extenders or plasticizers. Once cured, it provides excellent resistance to ultraviolet light, ozone, moisture, and many solvents, oils, and chemicals.

The clear finish makes it ideal for applications where appearance matters — from automotive and marine trim to appliance assembly, electrical insulation, and general sealing. The silicone remains flexible down to −75 °F (−60 °C) and withstands up to 450 °F (232 °C) continuous and 500 °F (260 °C) intermittent operation.
For continuous extreme high-temperature environments, Chembon Red Hi-Temp is recommended.
