AMCAN R16 deep-groove ball bearing, inch series. 1" bore × 2" OD × 0.5" width. Precision-ground AISI 52100 chrome steel races and balls, steel cage, factory pre-lubricated. Handles combined radial/axial loads with low noise and friction. Standard clearance; tolerance class ABEC-1 / P0.
Deep groove ball bearings incorporate grooved raceways on both the inner ring and outer ring, which enable them to sustain moderate axial loads in both directions in addition to radial loads. Balls are separated by steel cages, permitting high-speed operation.
The AMCAN R16 is an inch-series single-row deep-groove ball bearing engineered for general-purpose duty and long service life. It uses hardened AISI 52100 chrome steel raceways and rolling elements with a rigid steel cage to maintain ball spacing and stability at speed.
Precision-ground geometry provides low runout, quiet operation, and efficient handling of radial loads with the ability to carry moderate axial (thrust) loads in either direction.
The bearing is supplied pre-lubricated and offered in open, shielded (ZZ) or sealed (2RS) variants to match contamination and speed requirements.
