The Hi-Lo 150DCVX5/8 is a spring-loaded, two-face movable variable speed pulley for adjustable center-distance V-belt drives. Rated 1.5 hp at 1750 RPM (1 hp at 1150 RPM) with a 2.5:1 pitch-diameter range of 4.70 to 1.88 in, it runs a B-section belt on a 5 in outside diameter aluminum-alloy face set. The 5/8 in plain bore, torque-sensing cam design, and oil-impregnated bronze bushings help maintain belt alignment on close centers while matching belt tension to load. Use it wherever Tri-State's DCV150 X 7/8 sibling is specified, but with a 5/8 in motor shaft.
