Compact Nexen F-450 pneumatic friction clutch for starting, connecting/disconnecting and torque-limiting applications. Air engagement, spring release, pilot output and a keyed shaft-mounted design provide flexible integration with pulleys, sprockets and compatible drive components.

Nexen 802850 is an F-450 Air Champ pneumatic friction clutch with a 0.875 in straight bore, keyway and two setscrews. The shaft-mounted, pilot-output design is air engaged and spring released, allowing customer-supplied pulleys, sprockets or compatible Nexen couplings to be mounted to the output. Maximum ratings include 140 in-lb static torque, 119 in-lb dynamic torque, 3600 rpm and 80 psi operating pressure. Optional adapter bushings can reduce the bore for 0.500 to 0.750 in shafts.
